Fellow gun rights advocates Arkansas Carry submitted a letter to Prosecuting Attorney Dan Shue, who earlier came to the conclusion that local ordinances against firearms in parks were unlawful.

The outcome of his decision was right but as we've noted here before the tortured reasoning is all wrong.
