About ARCCA

ARCCA is an offshoot of, and has taken over the legislative action duties of the Arkansas Rifle and Pistol Asssociation (ARPA).  In fact, emeritous officers of ARPA now sit on the Board of Advisors for ARCCA...and we are honored to have them.

ARRCA is a non-profit legislative action organization founded as a response to the incredible outpouring of support we received from Arkansas concealed handgun licensees during the recent campaign to pass the “Stand Your Ground” law in the Arkansas legislature. This law is the most important piece of legislation to affect Arkansas concealed carry holders since the passage of the Concealed Carry Act in 1995, which gave law-abiding citizens the right to protect themselves, their families, and their communities from the wanton actions of aberrant criminals.

ARCCA works very closely with the Arkansas State Police in developing and implementing the Rules & Regulations governing the concealed carry program, and meet on a regular basis to crosstell any new developments or concerns that arise.

In order to protect the rights and privileges we currently enjoy, we must become a sustained and permanent presence at the capitol when the legislature is looking to curtail our rights, or when we need to pass common-sense legislation that further protects and empowers everyday citizens.

Your membership dues and active participation are vital to ARCCA’s success. We have very small administrative costs, and all of our officers and Board of Advisors give their time free of charge. Unlike many organizations, your ARCCA dues are applied directly toward the purposes it was founded to promulgate. This organization is specifically dedicated to you, the Arkansas concealed carry holder.

Objectives and Purposes of ARCCA
